By accessing or using ComplianceOS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ComplianceOS provides a compliance automation platform to help organizations achieve SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certifications. This includes gap assessments, evidence management, policy generation, and integrations with third-party tools.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
ComplianceOS offers paid subscription plans billed monthly. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
4. Data and Privacy
You retain ownership of all data you upload to ComplianceOS. We process your data only to provide the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the Service for illegal purposes. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
ComplianceOS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that use of our platform will result in certification. Certification decisions are made by accredited auditors, not by ComplianceOS.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ComplianceOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
